Honey and Hyde Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we accept eligible returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method, except where required by law.

14-Day Return Window

Please request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through our website with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please wait for approval before sending your item back.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit for the purchase price of eligible returned items. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
